• Obvious Arterial Bleeding
• Blood Pooling / Soaked Bandages
• Venous Bleeding from Extensive Penetrating Wounds (Multiple fragments)
• Tachycardia

• Shortness of Breath / Difficulty Breathing / Tachypnea
• Decreased LOC
• Signs / Symptoms Shock
• Hypotension
