“He was laying on the bed with multiple gunshot wounds to his left leg. A tourniquet was applied to
(****) leg at 0318. A second tourniquet was applied because the amount of blood still coming out of his
injuries.”
GSW left leg “I was first on scene, and located a male shot in the left leg, bleeding profusely.”

pressure on the wound until Fire Rescue arrived on scene and took over medical care.”
GSW bilateral leg “I observed an open wound on his front upper left thigh and back right thigh.”

GSW right leg “I observed a large pool of blood just under the suspect’s right leg … male had a gunshot wound to the
lower half of his right leg.”
GSW right arm “I immediately began tending to (****). I could see blood coming from his right arm, I did not observe
any wound. (****) was wearing a long sleeve black shirt at the time, hiding where the blood was coming
from I got the tourniquet from my pant pocket and placed it close to the right shoulder joint of (****).”
Laceration left arm “I noticed the male placed a self made tourniquet around his left arm. I could tell there was a lot of blood
dripping as if he did not have it placed on right.”
