3. Pull gentle tension on the suture while guiding the leaf valve into place.

4. Maintain gentle traction against the suture while applying pressure against the leaflet valve
inside the gas port with a finger. Remove the string once the valve is seated. (Use caution not to
apply too much tension to the suture as the leaf valve tail can tear.)
