              Dr Vojta was associated with the Air Force Research Labora-
              tory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio as the chief
              research flight surgeon and medical monitor for human use re-
              search. He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services
              University of the Health Sciences. As a flight surgeon, he was
              stationed at Brooks City-Base in San Antonio, Texas, where
              he specialized in human performance optimization under al-
              titude, acceleration, and physical and cognitive stress. He is
              currently a diagnostic radiology resident at the University of
              Cincinnati, Ohio, and will graduate in June 2016.

              Ms Henry is a former intern at the US Air Force School of
              Aerospace Medicine, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
              She is a 2013 graduate of The Ohio State University with a
              degree in exercise science education. She is currently pursuing
              a master’s degree at the University of Toledo to become a phy-
              sician assistant and will graduate in December 2015.

              Ms Caldwell  is a research physiologist in the Department
              of Aeromedical Research, US Air Force School of Aerospace
              Medicine, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

              Ms Wade  is a research physiologist at the US Air Force
              School of Aerospace Medicine, Department of Aeromedical
              Research, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Her current
              research focuses on exercise and aerospace physiology in a va-
              riety of human performance studies to include the metabolic
              cost of high-performance aircraft sorties, physiological moni-
              toring through sensor technologies, and exercise interventions
              to treat and prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
