To estimate duration of use for Oxygen Cylinders:
• Duration of Flow = Contents of cylinder/Flow rate.

Once you have the cylinder factor and the amount of pressure remaining in the cylinder, the duration
of flow can be calculated with the following equation.
Duration of flow (min) = Pressure (psig) x Cylinder Factor/Flow (L/min)
