EVACUATION GUIDELINES
■ Know the evacuation asset
➢ Medical provider on board?
➢ Monitoring equipment on board?
➢ How many CAX can evacuate on asset?
■ Packaging requirements for asset
➢ Type litters?
➢ Are there stirrups? Floor-loading?
■ Determine flow of casualties to the asset
➢ Large asset (multiple CAX)
• Routine on first
• Priority on next
• Critical (urgent) on last, so they are first off at destination
➢ Small asset
• Critical (urgent) and priority evacuated first

perfect and it should be reasonably modified based on the setting, terrain, and mission circumstances.
