Our plans are to generate some research questions, and our
podcast team will recruit and mentor (as SOF enablers) medics
through the necessary literature reviews of research questions.
Several of our editors will work directly with the medics, men-
toring them on the nuts & bolts for the research and publica-
tion process. This would lead to publications in JSOM that are
SOF medic oriented, researched, and written.
We could help SOF medics work through the process and men-
tor their research and writing, to the goal of publication in
JSOM.
