(top photo) This casualty underwent a left leg and pinky finger amputation. As
you can see, we have applied tourniquets as well as packing in the wound. Luckily,
we were able to get there in time before he bled out, and he survived despite his

(photo above) This casualty whom I was treating got shot right after I did on
a rooftop, and had a through and through in his upper leg. He also rolled off
a 20-foot roof and shattered his tibia and fibula.
