Sternal Intraosseous Infusion Procedure
        T.A.L.O.N.
        ■    Position yourself at the head of the casualty.
        ■    Twist and push down on T.A.L.O.N. device until needle set in sternum.
        ■    Flush tube and connect tube to device once placed in sternum.
