˚ Initial: 300mg bolus ˚ 5mg/kg; May repeat twice for refractory
˚ Second dose: If the arrest rhythm persists, VF/pVT (3 total doses, max DAILY dose:
15mg/kg)
administer 150mg bolus 3–5min later
Tachyarrhythmia with a Pulse ■ Max SINGLE dose: 300mg
